When you register your business, you will receive a verification email. After verifying your email and logging in for the first time, you automatically get a 7 day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start your trial.
Can I purchase the complete system instead of subscribing?
Yes! You can purchase the complete standalone system. This includes full database control, hosting on your own server (local or cloud), free installation assistance, and lifetime access with no recurring fees. Contact us to arrange purchase and installation.
How does installation work for the standalone system?
We provide free installation assistance! For Nairobi-based businesses, we offer physical on-site installation. For businesses outside Nairobi, we provide comprehensive remote installation support. We can install using XAMPP or Laragon for local hosting, or help you set up on a cloud server. We'll need some basic information about your business to customize the system for your needs.
Is my business data secure and private?
Absolutely! Each business gets its own completely isolated account. We use strong encryption, secure login systems, and automatic backups to protect your data. Only you and your authorized team members can access your business information. For the standalone system, you have full control over your data security.
How many users can I add?
On our SaaS platform, each business can have up to 3 users total, including the business admin. With the standalone system, you can add unlimited users with role-based access controls.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and credit or debit cards. All payments are processed securely. For the standalone system purchase, please contact us directly to arrange payment.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
No, subscriptions do not auto-renew. This gives you full control over when to renew. You will receive email reminders before your subscription expires, and you can manually renew at any time from your account dashboard. All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
